PRACTICE DIRECTION 3.3A

EXTENSION OF
PILOT SCHEME FOR VOLUNTARY MEDIATION
IN PETITIONS PRESENTED UNDER SECTIONS 168A AND 177(1)(f)
OF THE COMPANIES ORDINANCE, CAP. 32

 1.    The pilot scheme for voluntary mediation in petitions presented under sections 168A and 177(1)(f) of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 32, was introduced by way of Practice Direction 3.3 dated 4 September 2008.  The initial phase of the pilot scheme takes effect from 1 October 2008 to 30 September 2009.

 2.    The pilot scheme is hereby extended for 3 months from 1 October 2009 to 31 December 2009.

 3.    This Practice Direction comes into effect on 1 October 2009.
